Everything you need to know about getting your order, and sending it back if needed.
All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and a tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier service disruptions outside of our control.
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, whichever provides the most reliable service for your specific delivery address. The carrier used for your order will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package from our facility to your door. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
All bags and accessories are shipped in secure, discreet packaging with full insurance coverage, so your piece arrives protected and exactly as it left us.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Swimwear must show no signs of wear and must have been tried on over your own undergarments
- Bags and accessories must be unused and in original condition, with all authentication documentation included
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
To begin the process, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will walk you through the next steps and provide you with a return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve it with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
